Inspired by “The Grinch Who Stole Christmas”, The Grunch tells the story of Ruby Grunch, a grumpy 6th grader who always feels like an outsider. When the entire school gets excited about the annual school musical, she comes up with a perfect plan to ruin it for everyone; she’ll steal the sets, costumes and lights the night before it opens. But will the spirit of theatre prevail? Join Mountain Theatre and 35+ elementary students for this energetic musical that will have the whole family laughing!

Age Restrictions: This is a family friendly performance, with lots of dancing and singing to entertain all ages! That being said, if you have fidgety kids under 5, you might want to consider hiring a babysitter. You know your kids!

Protect the Knees! While we only have 2 wheelchair spots, the first three rows of the theatre (A, B, and C) do not require any stairs, and are therefore walker friendly.  

Treats and Flowers! - Nothing says "great job in the show!" like a flower and a box of candies!  The concession stand will be selling single flowers for you to give to the performers, as well as lots of treats, snacks, and drinks that will be available for purchase 1 hour before the show starts, and during our 20-minute intermission.  

Processing Fee: The processing fee has already been added to your ticket price.

Check-in Instructions

- Give yourself lots of time to arrive, as traffic is very unpredictable.

-Lobby doors will open 1 hour before the show, and theatre doors will open 30 minutes before the show starts.

- Have your online ticket confirmation ready to show at the door.

-If you arrive after the start time, please note you may need to wait at the back of the theatre until the ushers find an appropriate time to seat you.

As of March 18th, we will not be issuing refunds.

Parking Instructions

Terry Fox Secondary School has a large parking lot for our use. There is also street parking nearby if needed.
